Tim Hortons is expanding its Fruition production by 41,000 sq. ft., with JVF serving as the Owner’s Representative to safeguard their interests throughout the project.

JVF manages the project from planning to completion, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring Tim Hortons’ vision to life. We track expenses, evaluate cost estimates, and implement cost-saving measures to keep the project on budget without compromising quality.

Anticipating and addressing potential risks is a key part of our role. JVF identifies challenges early, including regulatory, scheduling, and procurement issues, ensuring smooth project progress. We also monitor key milestones and maintain the schedule to keep everything on track.
