Known for delivering projects on time and on budget, James values collaboration, fosters strong client and contractor relationships, and ensures every project is executed with precision, integrity, and a focus on exceptional results.

    Blake is a hands-on project leader with 19 years of construction experience and a Red Seal Carpenter background. He brings strong technical knowledge, calm leadership, and a builder’s mindset to every job.
    He excels at managing site crews, coordinating with clients and consultants, and delivering safe, well-planned projects in both new builds and active facilities.
