JVF was contracted as the pre-construction manager for a 4-level, 31-unit parkade in Calgary’s Bankview community. The project presented unique challenges, including a compact site with limited access, which required innovative planning and collaboration. Working closely with the design and shoring teams, JVF optimized the underground space while maintaining safety and constructability.

Early estimates exceeded the budget by $11 million, but through careful coordination with trades, strategic planning, and value engineering, JVF identified solutions that reduced costs without compromising quality. These efforts resulted in $1.3 million in savings, ensuring the project met the developer’s vision and standards while delivering a practical and high-performing parking structure.
