JVF Solutions was selected through a competitive tender to complete the 18,916 sq. ft. modernization of St. Paul School. This full-building renovation includes major electrical and mechanical upgrades, along with comprehensive interior finish improvements.

 The project also features specialized spaces designed to support student needs, including sensory and solution rooms, patient lift systems, and barrier-free washrooms.

 Working within an existing facility, JVF implemented a proactive and carefully coordinated approach to asbestos abatement. All work was completed under strict containment and safety protocols, in collaboration with certified specialists and consultants.
