JVF Solutions is proud to serve as the General Contractor for the St. Paul School Modernization, an 18,916 sq. ft. full-building renovation secured through a competitive tender. The project included upgrades to key building systems and finishes, including flooring, cladding, sections of the roof, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as demolition, painting, doors, hardware, and millwork.

A key focus of the project was creating a more inclusive and accessible environment to better support students with special needs. From pre-construction planning to project close-out, JVF managed all aspects of construction, including coordination, procurement, and quality control, delivering the project on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard.

This modernization demonstrates JVF’s ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects that create safe, functional, and engaging spaces for learning.
