JVF Solutions is proud to partner with Mapei on the redevelopment of their new Balzac, Alberta facility. The project involves the redevelopment of an existing pre-engineered structure and approximately 59,519 sq. ft. of yard area, transforming a partially completed site into a fully operational, high-performance facility.

The redevelopment includes comprehensive investigation and remediation of existing conditions, structural and envelope upgrades, major mechanical and electrical infrastructure improvements, and a complete three-level office and warehouse fit-out. Exterior enhancements include heavy-duty yard paving, new loading dock infrastructure, and installation of a truck scale to optimize site logistics and operational efficiency.

Through thorough pre-construction planning, proactive risk management, and close collaboration with consultants and trades, JVF is delivering a modern, durable, and future-ready facility aligned with Mapei’s long-term operational goals.
