JVF recently completed a tenant fit-out, transforming a 2,000 sq. ft. mezzanine into a functional and modern space with offices, a gym, a kitchen, and a washroom. On the entrance level, we also installed an additional bathroom to improve accessibility and convenience.

The project involved careful construction planning and execution, including structural modifications, new partitions, mechanical and electrical installations, and high-quality finishes.
