JVF Solutions was competitively selected to deliver the modernization of the existing Career and Technology Foundations (CTF) food lab at David Thompson School in Calgary, Alberta. The approximately 1,345 sq. ft. renovation transforms the existing instructional space into a modern, functional environment designed to support hands-on learning and the school’s food studies program.

The project includes interior layout modifications, specialized millwork and equipment, new hood fans and exhaust systems, mechanical controls, electrical upgrades, partition and ceiling modifications, flooring, painting, and new interior finishes. Working within an existing school environment, JVF carefully coordinated the building systems, equipment requirements, and trade activities to keep the project moving efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

Through detailed planning, strong trade coordination, and attention to the unique requirements of an educational facility, JVF is delivering an upgraded learning space built to serve students and staff for years to come.
