JVF provided full Project Management services for the renovation of the Edmonton Research Park facility. Acting as the landlord’s representative, we managed the project from planning and design through construction, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and transparency at every stage. JVF led the RFP process, developed evaluation criteria, and reviewed contractor proposals to award a lump-sum contract. Throughout construction, we coordinated stakeholders, managed project documentation, and facilitated meetings to keep the project on track. Our hands-on approach ensured the renovation was completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, reflecting a true commitment to owner representation and project success.
