JVF Solutions is supporting Anthem Properties in the delivery of Phase 1 of Glenmore Yards Business Park, a significant new industrial development in southeast Calgary.

The 95-acre master-planned business park will ultimately include approximately 1.56 million sq. ft. of industrial and warehouse space. Phase 1 consists of approximately 440,000 sq. ft. across three buildings, with multiple construction activities progressing concurrently across the development.

JVF is providing dedicated Superintendent and Project Coordinator support, working alongside Anthem, the consultant team and trade partners to support day-to-day construction, site coordination, project documentation, submittals and schedule priorities. Through strong field leadership, proactive coordination and a focus on quality, JVF is helping keep construction organized, coordinated and moving forward.
